Father Pandor Dumas
A venerable Prist of Morrow; one of the select group of people who can still cast spells.
Father Dumas has devoted his whole life the church of Morrow, along with raising his neice, Alexia. Years past, he had to bear witness to the corrupt government accusing local magic users of corrupting their magic ways to disrupt and terrorize the city… Alexia’s mother and her coven. After burying the executed witches, Father Dumas buried soemthing else, the dark blade Witchfire. Being the solitary person to know the blades whereabouts for several years, he told the story of the witch execution to Alexia, and mistakenly the whereabouts of the blade. Torn between his sacred duty to the church, and his personal feelings for his neice, Father Dumas questions his role in her demise, and blames himself for his neice’s errant ways, and blames himself for her death. After the physical torture he endured at the hands of the Inquisitor in the bowels of the city’s jail, he sits in hiding with his church destroyed, his city overrun by skorne ursurpers, and his only family dead. His faith wanes as he sits in a dark, wet room beneath the city streets.
